Services For Veterans

Fighting a denied VA claim can be a long and frustrating process, but it doesn’t have to be.

Veterans Law Group helps disabled veterans to appeal claims denied by the VA, saving you from headache and hassle. We review each claim for the potential of proving that the veteran is totally disabled due to their service-connected disability, which improves your chances of winning.

And if you’re early in the claims process, we can work with you to make sure it’s fully developed so the VA can take action on your claim more quickly.

Why Choose VLG

Veterans disability law is all we do. From assisting you in preparing a fully developed claim to representing you in the fight against the VA, we’ve got your back.

How We Work

We represent cases at all levels. We handle cases in Regional Offices, the Board of Veteran's Appeals, the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the Federal Circuit. We’ve even taken cases all the way to the Supreme Court.

We seek out vocational experts on your behalf, when necessary. In support of your total disability claim, we may arrange for a vocational rehabilitation expert to review your case and provide an expert opinion when it’s needed most.

We know that most claims fail because of lack of medical evidence. So when it makes sense to get an independent medical exam in support of your case, we promise to obtain it for you and advance any advance costs for the payment of the medical opinion.

We don’t get paid unless you do.
Our services are offered on a contingency basis, which means we won’t charge you unless we succeed in helping you collect the benefits you’re entitled to. We also represent cases at higher levels on a pro bono basis.

Our Duty: Helping disabled veterans win maximum benefits for their total disability claim.
