Our intake team will review the documents you submitted. If we see that your VA rating decision letter is missing or not the most recent version, we may not be able to evaluate your case.
Step 2: Follow-Up via Email
If we determine your case requires more information, our intake team will reach out via email to ask a few follow-up questions. Please check your inbox regularly, including your spam folder, for an email from us.
Step 3: Discovery Call
If your case is a possible fit for our firm, we will email you to schedule a detailed consultation. During this conversation, we may ask about your military service, medical history, and any prior decisions from the VA.
Tip: If you haven’t already, please download your current VA Rating Decision Letter by logging into your VA.gov account. It only takes a few minutes. If you did not upload the correct document when submitting your form, please email the updated PDF to co******@*********aw.com.
A Legal Team That Truly Understands
Veterans Law Group is led by attorney Mark Lippman, who has focused exclusively on veterans disability appeals since 1996. At a time when many law firms have shifted to high-volume, multi-practice models, we’ve remained committed to providing veterans with the personalized, focused legal support they deserve.
Mark’s decades of experience include complex federal appellate litigation and even an appearance before the U.S. Supreme Court. Under his leadership, our firm combines deep legal expertise with a personal connection to the military community—nearly every team member has served or has an immediate family member who has.
We take the time to understand your story, investigate thoroughly, and advocate relentlessly—because your case matters.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to review your case and hope we’ll have the chance to help.
Thank you for your service—and for trusting us with this important step.
