Ms. Devon Boyd

Devon, the wife of a Vietnam veteran, has over 40 years of combined working experience– ranging from work in healthcare, high school education and now, after searching for something new during COVID-19, veterans law.

Devon began her internship with Veterans Law Group in May of 2021 after witnessing firsthand how difficult the process of filing for benefits was for her husband. From there, Devon received her certification in the fall of 2021 and became a part-time paralegal for VLG.

Now, Devon assists our attorneys in multiple areas, chiefly by serving as a vital link between veterans seeking aid and the attorneys at VLG. She prepares appeals and submits reports while obtaining forms and documents from both the VA and veterans.

In Devon’s own words, “I believe in the goodness of people.” In her previous careers– and now while working at VLG– Devon has embodied those words to the fullest.
