Violet is a third generation veteran who served in the 1991 Gulf War with the 129th Evacuation hospital and is a proud member of VFW Post 3783. Before joining the firm in 2017, Violet spent twenty five years at Palomar Health Center first as a phlebotomist and eventually working her way up to Administration where she supported multiple Directors and departments. Violet also supervised a team of nursing students while steering education and training efforts as the Communication Champion for the move into the new $1 Billion Palomar Medical Center built in North County. She is passionate about building positive relationships and serving the community as evident by her various volunteer projects. She serves as the recognition and appreciation lead for the Red Cross, is a member of the United Cerebral Palsy No limits Steering Committee and has been to both Mexico and Fiji on mission trips providing education, support and care. She even serves on the Ramona Pony Baseball Board which allows her to participate in her favorite sport with her husband and five sons. Violet was recruited because of her outstanding communication skills, experience in customer relations and her passion for giving a voice to those who have been silenced by adversity. She loves talking with Veterans and is immensely grateful to hear their stories and for the opportunity to get them the benefits they deserve.
